Eggless wholewheat banana cake






INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

2 BANANAS
¾ CUP SUGAR
½ CUP OIL
BLEND ALL TOGETHER



FOR BUTTERMILK:
1 TSP VINEGAR
¼ CUP MILK

NOW IN A BOWL:
1.5 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
½ TSP CINNAMON POWDER
SIEVE
Add banana mix
Add buttermilk
Add vanilla essence
MIX WELL



POUR INTO An OIL GREASED MOULD
PRE-HEAT THE PAN FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD and COOK FOR 35-40 MINUTES IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT.
Or, you could bake at 180•C for 35-40 mins.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY.
CUT IN TO PIECES and enjoy.
