Ingredients:
Paneer 2 cups, crumbled
Butter 1 tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf 1 no.
Onion 2 large, chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato 2 medium, finely chopped
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp, crushed
Salt 3/4 tsp
Peas 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- In a pan, add butter, jeera, bay leaf and onion.
- Saute onion till it turns translucent, add ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomato and cook till it turns soft. Mash the mixture till it becomes mushy.
- Add the spices and mix well.
- Add water and bring to a boil and adjust consistency as desired.
- Add peas and crumbled cottage cheese.
- Serve and garnish with fresh corriander leaves.
