Milk powder 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Paneer/cottage cheese 250 gms, grated
Condensed milk 200 gm
Nuts (pistachio)
Method
- In a non-stick pan, ass cottage cheese, milk powder and condensed milk.
- Keep stirring on medium to high flame alternately.
- Stir continuously to avoid getting the mixture burnt.
- Cook and stir continuously for about 10 mins till the mixture has started leaving the sides of the pan and comes together in a dough form.
- Switch off the gas and pour the dough on a greased flat plate.
- Cool the dough and flatten on the plate.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts (pistachios) and let it cool and set.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!!
