Instant Kalakand recipe


Ingredients:

Milk powder                  1 tbsp
Cardamom powder        1/2 tsp
Paneer/cottage cheese    250 gms, grated
Condensed milk             200 gm
Nuts (pistachio)


Method


  1. In a non-stick pan, ass cottage cheese, milk powder and condensed milk.
  2. Keep stirring on medium to high flame alternately.
  3. Stir continuously to avoid getting the mixture burnt.
  4. Cook and stir continuously for about 10 mins till the mixture has started leaving the sides of the pan and comes together in a dough form.
  5. Switch off the gas and pour the dough on a greased flat plate.
  6. Cool the dough and flatten on the plate.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (pistachios) and let it cool and set.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!!
Can be stored upto 4-5 days when refrigerated.
