Eggless wholewheat Brownie



















Ingredients:

Dry ingredients

Wheat flour             100 gms
Cocoa powder          2 tbsp
Baking powder         1/2 tsp
Salt                           1/4 tsp
Nuts (almond,walnut)

Wet ingredients

Oil                             50 ml
Curd                           1/2 cup
Chocolate (melted)    120 gm (1 cup)
Brown sugar                          1/2 cup




Method


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and sieve.
  2. Mix together wet ingredients and keep aside.
  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients in wet ingredients and make a smooth flowing batter.
  4. Add milk if required, to get the desired consistency.
  5. Add chopped nuts and pour the batter in a greased tin.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160-180 degree C for 25-30 mins.
Cool the cake tin at room temperature before demoulding.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy with icecream, chocolate sauce and nut toppings.
